Abstract

|
A man with recurrent bleeding episodes was revealed to have multiple coagulation
factor inhibitors against Factors Ⅷ,Ⅸ and ?. The inhibitors were found to be
monotypic antibodies of class IgM, lambda light chain type, and present in the patients's
serum after heat inactivation of the plasma and after BaSO4 adsorption.
